RETURNS POLICY
Should the customer change their mind about a purchase but the product is unflawed or undamaged, Hat To Hoof is not obliged to accept the return. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason (other than if it is defective) and wish to return it, please contact us to discuss and we may consider you doing so within 14 calendar days of the date that such purchase was delivered to you or collected by you. The goods must be in their original packaging, tags on, unworn and unwashed with the original invoice as supplied. You cannot return goods if they have been taken apart or altered in any way.
For any defective product, we will review each case on an individual basis to determine whether the product is faulty or damage has been caused by incorrect use / lack of cleaning & care
If you received the goods as a gift, the invoice is still required.
No special orders will be subject to exchange/return/refund.
Products purchased as a sale item will be subject to the terms and the conditions of the sale should these differ from the standard terms and conditions.
In any such instance where a return is accepted, we will refund you in full in the form of store credit. If the goods were received by you as a gift, you will have to exchange the item for goods of the same value at Hat To Hoof or as store credit.
